What our calculators do with your numbers

Our calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter (home price, down payment, interest rate, income and so on) are never sent to our servers. They exist only on your device, for as long as the page is open.

Information we collect

You do not need an account or to give us personal information to use the calculators. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message, and we use them only to reply to you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of visit, for security and to operate the site.

Advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense, which helps keep the calculators free. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain uses of it. We do not sell personal information for money. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
